Announcement! The Netherlands Hong Kong Business Association (NHKBA) and the Netherlands China Business Council (NCBC) will deepen their partnership and collaborate more extensively from now on!
On October 12th, the recent annual fall event organized by the NHKBA, a valued partner of the NCBC, took place at Kasteel de Wittenburg in Wassenaar, entitled: “Sustainability and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) in and with Hong Kong; how to make it work!” sponsored by the Hong Kong Economic Trade Office and InvestHK.
Our members had the privilege of attending informative lectures by renowned speakers such as Robert Rubinstein, Gert-Jan van Eck, Robbert van baaren, Jann C de Waal, Jennifer Chan, and Stijn Warmenhoven. These insightful discussions, along with networking over drinks and an exquisite dinner, shed light on the latest challenges and opportunities in the realm of sustainability and ESG within Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area.
Later that evening, Hans Poulis, Chairman of NHKBA, and Jochum Haakma, Chairman of NCBC, announced plans for a deeper and more extensive collaboration between the two organizations in the near future.
